Toyota Prado 90 Series Suspension Kit

This Dr. Nano suspension kit is engineered for the Toyota Prado 90 Series, covering model years 1996 to 2003. It provides a 40mm lift to improve ground clearance and accommodate larger tyres while retaining a balanced ride.

The kit includes a set of front and rear shock absorbers along with matched coil springs, all supplied in pairs. Front shock absorbers are available as twin-tube nitro gas struts with a big 40mm bore or twin-tube foam cell struts. The front coil springs are linear rate, providing a 40mm lift, with two load specifications to suit different accessory setups: one pair rated for 0-50 kg of added weight and another for 60-90 kg. Rear shock absorbers come in raised-height variants, either twin-tube nitro gas big 40mm bore or twin-tube foam cell, and are paired with linear rate 40mm lift rear coil springs.

This kit is a direct fitment for the Toyota Prado 1996-2003, requiring no modifications to factory mounting points. The components are matched to deliver consistent damping and spring rates for the vehicle's intended use.
