Designed for the Toyota Prado 150 (2007–2023) and the FJ Cruiser (2007–2023), this Dr. Nano kit provides a full suspension overhaul with a 45 mm lift. It replaces the factory springs, shocks, and related components to suit varied accessory loads and driving conditions.
The front assembly uses twin-tube foam cell struts paired with linear rate coil springs. Two spring rate options are supplied to match front-end weight: one set rated for 0–50 kg of added accessories, and another for 50–100 kg. An upper control arm with 3° of camber built into the ball joint and bushes corrects alignment and restores geometry after the lift.
At the rear, twin-tube foam cell shock absorbers are matched with linear rate coil springs also providing a 45 mm lift. For vehicles that came with an airbag rear suspension, a coil replacement spring set is included to convert to a conventional coil setup. An adjustable rear panhard rod is provided to centre the axle after the height increase.
