Toyota Prado 120 Series Suspension Kit

Designed for the Toyota Prado 2007-2023 120, this Dr. Nano suspension kit provides a 45mm lift while retaining everyday driving manners. The package combines twin-tube foam cell shock absorbers with linear rate coil springs, along with geometry correction components to maintain proper alignment after the lift.

The front assembly includes twin-tube foam cell struts and two pairs of linear rate coil springs: one rated for 0-50 kg of front-end accessories, and another for 50-100 kg loads. Upper control arms with 3 degrees of built-in camber correction and pre-installed ball joints and bushes are supplied to bring the front alignment back into specification.

At the rear, twin-tube foam cell shocks are paired with linear rate coils delivering the same 45mm lift. A second pair of rear springs is included for models originally equipped with air suspension, converting the system to a conventional coil setup. An adjustable panhard rod is provided to re-centre the rear axle laterally after the lift, preserving predictable handling.

All parts are supplied as a complete kit, covering the front and rear suspension and essential linkage corrections for the Prado 120 platform.
