Select 1This suspension kit is designed for the ninth-generation Toyota Hilux, covering models from 2026 onwards. Dr. Nano has assembled a complete replacement package for the front and rear, allowing the driver to select components suited to their specific load and lift requirements.
The front assembly includes a choice of twin-tube nitro gas struts or twin-tube foam cell struts. An extra-long foam cell strut option is also available for vehicles running a 2 to 3-inch lift. Front coil springs are offered in two linear rate variants, one rated for 0 to 50 kilograms of accessory weight and the other for 50 to 100 kilograms. The kit incorporates an upper control arm with 3 degrees of extra camber built into the ball joint and bush. For lifts exceeding 60 millimetres, a one-inch differential drop kit is included.
At the rear, the same strut selection applies, with twin-tube nitro gas or twin-tube foam cell shock absorbers. The rear leaf springs use a composite parabolic design with integrated metal bushes and a comfort-oriented rate. Two load configurations are provided, one covering 0 to 150 kilograms of additional equipment and the other spanning 150 to 300 kilograms.
