Select 0-1This Dr. Nano suspension kit covers the Maruti Suzuki Gypsy from 1986 through 2020. It supplies the primary springs and dampers for a complete axle overhaul.
Two front and two rear twin-tube nitro gas shock absorbers are included. This design helps limit oil aeration during extended use, supporting consistent damping behaviour. The leaf springs are composite items built with a parabolic architecture. Compared to traditional multi-leaf steel packs, this construction reduces weight and provides a progressive rate. The kit contains two front comfort leaf springs, two front heavy-duty leaf springs, two rear comfort leaf springs, and two rear heavy-duty leaf springs.
The comfort leaf spring option is tuned soft for off-road compliance and ride pliancy. The heavy-duty option addresses higher payload requirements. Both parabolic composite leaf spring types carry a note that wheel spacers may be required, so checking clearance before installation is advised.
