Mahindra XUV500 Facelift Suspension Kit

This suspension kit replaces the factory dampers and springs on the Mahindra XUV500 facelift model, covering model years 2011 through 2022. The package includes matched front and rear components designed to work together as a set.

The front axle uses a pair of twin-tube nitro gas struts paired with linear rate coil springs. At the rear, twin-tube nitro gas struts are combined with dual rate comfort option coil springs. The gas-charged twin-tube construction helps maintain consistent damping during sustained use, while the dual rate springs in the rear are selected to offer a more compliant ride over uneven surfaces.

Each kit from Dr. Nano is assembled from the listed components and supplied as a complete set for all four corners. The parts are configured as direct replacements for stock suspension on the facelift XUV500, with no additional modifications required.
