Mahindra Thar CRDE Suspension Kit

This suspension kit is configured specifically for the Mahindra Thar CRDE, covering models from 2000 onwards. It pairs twin-tube nitrogen gas and foam cell shock absorbers to address both on-road comfort and off-road demands. The kit includes two front nitrogen gas shocks, two front foam cell shocks, two rear nitrogen gas shocks, and two rear foam cell shocks, giving the option to tune the ride character by swapping between damper types at each axle.

An additional bolt-on anti-roll stabilising kit for the rear is part of the package. This component is designed to reduce body lean during cornering and improve stability without requiring permanent modifications to the vehicle. The twin-tube construction shared by all shock absorbers aids heat dissipation and consistent damping across varying terrain.

Dr. Nano assembled this kit to provide a bolt-in replacement and upgrade path for Thar CRDE owners. All components mount using factory pickup points, with the rear stability kit attaching through a supplementary bracket system. The dual shock options allow a driver to favour the faster-responding nitrogen gas dampers for lighter control or the foam cell units where sustained load and corrugations demand higher fade resistance.
