Mahindra Thar 2nd Gen Suspension Kit

This suspension kit is assembled for the Mahindra Thar 2nd Gen (2020-present) and contains a full set of components to lift and upgrade the vehicle’s suspension. The package includes a pair of twin-tube nitro gas front struts, upper control arms with 3° of extra camber built into the ball joint and bush, and a one-inch-thick diff drop bracket. Three front coil spring options are provided: a linear rate spring for a 50mm lift, a linear rate spring for a 75mm lift, and a linear rate 75mm lift spring rated for 70-100kg of front accessory weight.

For the rear, the kit includes two shock absorber choices, a pair of twin-tube nitro gas units and a pair of twin-tube foam cell units. Three rear coil spring options allow tuning for ride quality and load: a dual rate comfort option giving a 50mm lift for up to 50kg of accessories, a dual rate 75mm lift spring, and a dual rate 75mm lift spring rated for 70-100kg of accessories and suited to 35-inch tyres. Also included are an adjustable rear panhard rod and an adjustable rear swaybar link with an M12 ball joint that offers 200-250mm of length adjustment. A brake line relocation kit is part of the package to accommodate the increased ride height.

Every component in this Dr. Nano kit is selected to maintain correct suspension geometry and clearance when running larger tyres and carrying additional equipment on the Thar. The combination of multiple spring rates and shock types lets the installer tailor damping and ride height to specific accessory loads.
