Mahindra Scorpio 1st & 2nd Gen 4x4 Suspension Kit

Built for the Mahindra Scorpio first and second generation 4x4 models produced between 2003 and 2014, this Dr. Nano suspension kit brings together a set of upgraded dampers and springs. The front of the vehicle receives a pair of twin-tube nitro gas shock absorbers and a pair of twin-tube foam cell shock absorbers, each designed for the front coil spring layout. A heavy-duty torsion bar with a 28mm diameter and an extended length of 1063mm replaces the factory unit, strengthening the front suspension geometry for 4x4 demands.

At the rear, the kit includes two twin-tube nitro gas shock absorbers and two twin-tube foam cell shock absorbers, along with a set of linear rate coil springs. The rear springs provide a 40mm lift and are suitable for carrying additional equipment weighing between 0 and 100 kilograms. All parts are matched to work together, offering a direct replacement for the specified Scorpio variants.
